This class with the Master is full of surprises! The topic(s) for the event will unfold during the lecture, and Hari Nam Singh Khalsa will provide us with Kundalini Yoga kriyas and/or meditations to support the process. All we have to do is open our hearts and minds to the experience.
"Spirituality is not an escape from life, but rather that very thing that gives purpose, enjoyment and nobility to everything we engage in as a human being."
Hari Nam Singh Khalsa has taught and counseled thousands of people all over the world on virtually every aspect of human endeavor. He was personally trained to serve humanity in this capacity for almost 30 years by Yogi Bhajan, the legendary spiritual master who first introduced Kundalini Yoga and Sikh Dharma to the West back in the late 1960s. He is best known for his passion, sense of humor and expertise for integrating spirituality into daily life.
The Warrior Saint
Saturday 4th May 09.00-16.00
Sunday 5th May 09.00-15.00
The purpose of this workshop is to give the participant a crystal clear concept and experience of the warrior side of the path represented by the vision, message and energy of Guru Gobind Singh, the great 10th master of the Sikh path. In short, this workshop is almost exclusively about the theme of living one’s life with great passion and limitless courage. What is the secret to conquering fear, overcoming whatever obstacle in life one is facing and attaining whatever we put our mind to?
The workshop is challenging, physically, mentally and emotionally. Yet it is appropriate for persons at all levels of experience, including absolute beginners. Hari Nam Singh Khalsa will be teaching the concept of the Warrior Saint and presenting Kundalini Yoga sets and meditations especially designed to build one's courage. Kulwant Singh Khalsa and Roger Strand will give additional classes in nutrition and self-defense, respectively, appropriate to the concept of the Warrior Saint.
